The founder, Nate Dickey, grew up in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and at an early age began traveling playing sports across the United States. This pushed him to go outside of his comfort zone to learn and communicate with people from all different backgrounds. Later, he received a baseball scholarship to study Accounting and Finance at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Upon graduation, he moved to Indianapolis, Indiana to begin working with a firm out of Chicago, Illinois. The firm, Cortland Capital Markets, helped kick start his career in the financial world and allowed him to attend Indiana Wesleyan University to further his education with a Master’s in Accounting. His career took a pivot when Cortland Capital Markets was acquired by Alter Domus from Luxembourg and was asked to relocate to Vilnius, Lithuania to help with setting up a new office. He took on more of a global processing role working with teams throughout China, Europe, and United States. During his time back in the States, he consulted with a Venture Capital firm, MG Stover, on converting their private equity systems into more of a cryptocurrency software as the firm was purchased by PolySign, a digital currency administration firm.

Outside of the financial world, Nate enjoys snowboarding and surfing the west coast of California where he resides.
